LIMITED EDITION ITEMS Each Limited Edition Tour and Sport Frame are limited to 100 only. Meaning there are only 100 made and therefore there are only 100 sold. There is no chance of any more being produced and sold regardless of the frame's popularity. PAYMENT We can accept the following methods of payment: Please note that cheques take 10 working days to clear. No items will be released prior to payment being received and cleared under any circumstances. DELIVERY All items purchased will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment wherever possible. However we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused in the mail. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm despatch of your item(s) along with a tracking number wherever possible. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges are clearly stated on the Postage Rates page. The purchaser is responsible for the payment of any customs duty or taxes resulting from the purchase. In the result of any loss or damage during transit, the purchaser must retain all packaging materials to enable the seller to make an insurance claim and inform TRACK ATTACK immediately. For any multiple sales please email us first for a combined shipping rate as we try to keep these as low as possible. RETURNS and PROBLEMS We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchases and our service but inevitable problems do very rarely occur. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately by emailing us at sales@trackattack.co.uk. No problem is ever insurmountable and we will do our best to correct it as swiftly as possible - One thing though please don't shout at us as we are all human at the end of the day!! In compliance with UK law & the European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EC Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item. When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part. Please note that this refund policy is only available to items purchased off us direct and NOT via eBay or any other auction site. Please note that items are to be returned at the buyers expense and postage is non refundable. Please note that a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for any item returned unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part. This is non negotiable.
